Authorization to occupy the public roads

Documents necessary for the constitution of a file

• Request on free paper specifying the trade to be performed, the area to be occupied, the duration of this occupation, the address of the public thoroughfare etc.
• Copy of the national identity card.

Response time: Within twenty (20) days from the date of filing a duly constituted file.

Taxes :  according to the surface of occupation and the duration of the contract 150 mli/m2/d.

Validity of the authorization: The authorization to occupy the public roads for the exercise of certain trades issued in the form of a municipal decree is valid for one year.

 Fixed by decree of the municipal council at 15 dinars per m2 per year.

Authorization to install advertising signs  

Authorization to install commercial advertising signs and signs, blinds, display cases, fixed signs, protruding, inlaid or suspended on the public highway and on the facades of premises intended for trade in industry and other trades.

• Copy of the national identity card.
• A copy of the local certificate of conformity.
