Conditions for obtaining the service |
- Being the owner of the land being built. - The plot from an approved subdivision and the vocation requested in accordance with the development plan for the area. - Compliance with regulations concerning the protection of agricultural land, natural sites, urban sites and protected areas. - Presentation of a complete file in accordance with the regulations in force. - The vocation requested must not be in contradiction with the regulations in force concerning pollution, noise pollution and traffic. |

1. A request on free paper signed by the interested party. 2. A title deed or equivalent certificate. 3. A technical information sheet signed by the architect 4. A construction project 5. A receipt for the declaration of taxable income of natural persons and companies. 6. A certificate of release of tax for the sums due from all estates within the municipal perimeter. 7. A study on the impact of the project on the environment. |
Time limit |
- 21 days from the date of filing a duly constituted file - 60 days if the management plan is being drawn up - 90 days if the construction is located 200 meters from the natural, cultural, archaeological, saved or historic sites - This period could be increased in other cases if the construction is in a place requiring the municipality's recourse to the prior notice of other administrative or special structures. |

Procedures |
- Reception, verification and declaration of admissibility of the file by the reception officer at Citizen’ Space or the Borough's Order Office. - Study of the file and realization of the findings on the spot by the technical service. - Examination of the file by the competent building permits technical commission. - Notification of the opinion of the commission to the concerned citizen. - Delivery of the building permit to the citizen against receipt of the receipt of payment of the duties due. |
